Approval of Counsel to the Company. All actions and proceedings hereunder and all documents required to be delivered by the Purchasers hereunder or in connection with the consummation of the transactions contemplated hereby, and all other related matters, shall have been reasonably acceptable to Xxxx X. Xxxx, Esquire, counsel to the Company, as to their form and substance.
Approval of Counsel to the Company.
