Approval of Draw Request Sample Clauses

Approval of Draw Request. City shall, within fifteen (15) Business Days after receipt of an Application for Payment containing all of the items described above, determine the amount of the Application for Payment to be approved, notify Developer, and disburse the approved amount, by check, to Developer.
