Approval of election. The election shall not be valid until it has been approved by the union, and the Association of Danish Wood and Furniture Industries has been notified thereof. Protection of the trade union representative shall take effect once the election has taken place provided the employer has been notified in writing of the name of the elected representative no later than the day after the election. If such written notification is received later, the protection shall not take effect until the written notification has been received.

The findings may reiterate the language of the pleadings or simply refer to them. The decision of the Board shall be certified to the Superintendent or designee who recommended the personnel action, and he/she shall enforce and follow this decision. A copy of the decision shall be delivered to the appellant or his/her designated representative personally or by registered mail. The decision of the Board shall be final.
