Approval of Management Policies. Borrower shall submit its written management policies with respect to the Development to the County for its review, and shall amend such policies in any way necessary to ensure that such policies comply with the provisions of this County Regulatory Agreement.

Approval of Management Policies. The Developer shall submit its written management policies with respect to the Units to the County for its review, and shall amend such policies in any way necessary to ensure that such policies comply with the provisions of this Agreement.
