Approval of Photographs. Artists shall have the right of approval of photographs. This Article applies to photographs of two (2) dancers or less. Photographs shall be made available for review by the Artist and the Artist shall select those photographs he/she approves for use. The Engager shall then make the final selection from those photographs chosen by the Artist. Photographs not disapproved by the end of the next working day after notification of their availability to the Artist shall be considered approved.
