Common use of Approval of Schedules Clause in Contracts

Approval of Schedules. The airline(s) designated by one Contracting Party shall submit its envisaged flight schedules for approval to the aeronautical authorities of the other Contracting Party at least sixty (60) days prior to the beginning of the operation. Any modification to such schedules shall be submitted to the aeronautical authorities of the other Contracting Party for approval at least thirty (30) days in advance. In special cases this time limit may be reduced subject to the consent of the said aeronautical authorities.

In special cases this time limit may be reduced subject prior to the consent operation. For supplementary flights which the designated airline(s) of one Contracting Party wishes to operate on the said agreed services outside the approved timetable, that airline must request prior permission from the aeronautical authoritiesauthorities of that other Contracting Party. Such request shall usually be submitted at least four (4) working days prior to the operation of such flights.
