Common use of Approval of Work in Progress Clause in Contracts

Approval of Work in Progress. SCEA shall have the right to approve, reject or require additional information with respect to each stage of the Review Process. Publisher shall make submission of the Licensed Product at first playable, pre-alpha, alpha, beta and final, or at such development stages to be more fully defined in the PSP SourceBook. SCEA shall approve each development stage of the Licensed Product or otherwise specify in writing the reasons for any rejection or request for additional information and shall state what corrections or improvements are necessary to obtain approval. If any stage of the Review Process is not provided to SCEA or is not successfully met after a reasonable cure period agreed to between SCEA and Publisher, SCEA shall have the right to revoke the approval of Publisher’s Product Proposal.
