Common use of Approved Buildings and Improvements Clause in Contracts

Approved Buildings and Improvements. All of the improvements shown in the approved plans and specifications constitute the "Approved Improvements." Substantial modifications to Approved Improvements shall be made only with prior written approval of Landlord, except that Xxxxxxxx's prior written approval shall not be required for changes to the interior of any building on the Premises. Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing in this Section 8.5 shall limit or waive the building and permit requirements of the City of Paso Xxxxxx.
