Average Daily Balance To get the "Average Daily Balance" of Purchases, we take the beginning balance of your Credit Card account each day, add any new Purchases, and subtract any Cash Advances, payments, or other credits which were applied to Purchases, unpaid FINANCE CHARGES, late charges, membership fees, and other fees. If you paid the Purchases balance in full by the Payment Due Date in the previous billing cycle, in the current billing cycle we will credit payments otherwise applicable to Purchases based on our allocation method as of the first day of the current billing cycle. These computations give us the Purchases daily balance. To get the "Average Daily Balance" of Cash Advances, we take the beginning balance each day, add any new Cash Advances, and subtract any Purchases, payments, or other credits which were applied to Cash Advances, unpaid FINANCE CHARGES, late charges, membership fees, and other fees. This gives us the Cash Advances daily balance. Then we add up all of the Purchases or Cash Advance daily balances for the billing period and divide each total by the number of days in the billing period. This gives us the "Average Daily Balances."
Unpaid Leave for Family Purpose a. An employee may elect, with the consent of the employer, to take unpaid leave for the purpose of providing care and support to a member of a class of person set out in sub-paragraph (ii) or paragraph (c) of sub-clause (1) who is ill.
Payment for Unused Sick Leave a. An employee with less than ten (10) years of continuous University service, as defined herein, who separates from the University shall not be paid for any unused sick leave. For employees appointed on or before 1/7/03 University service includes continuous employment by the University or the State of Florida.
Pay for Unused Sick Leave Unused sick leave not to exceed 70 days will be paid at the rate of $50 per day when the teacher retires or leaves U.S.D. 506 employment, provided the teacher has a minimum of 10 years of service in U.S.D. 506. Article VI: Activity Ticket Each teacher of U.S.D. 506 shall be issued an activity ticket, which shall be honored at all regular school functions held within the district. Said ticket shall not be honored at basketball tournaments and special events. Said ticket shall be honored for employee, spouse, and children who have not yet graduated from high school. The Board of Education will have an expectation that those teachers in attendance at school functions will assume a reasonable amount of general supervision as needed.
Determining the Availability of a Deposit The length of the delay is counted in business days from the day of your deposit. The length of delay varies depending on the type and manner of deposit. For determining the availability of funds deposited to your Accounts, for purposes of the Funds Availability Policy, every day is a business day, except Saturdays, Sundays, and federal holidays. All times provided below are Pacific Time. If you make a deposit directly to a teller on a business day while we are open for business (generally 6:30 a.m.-6:30 p.m.), that day is the day of your deposit. If you place your deposit in a Lobby Express Box in Tukwila Financial Center or Xxxxxxx Financial Center before 4 p.m., that day is the day of your deposit. If you place your deposit in a Lobby Express Box in Tukwila Financial Center or Xxxxxxx Financial Center after 4 p.m., the next business day will be the day of your deposit. If you make your deposit after 3 p.m. or on a day that is not a business day, the next business day will be the day of your deposit. If you make a deposit at a drop box, a non-BECU-owned ATM, or by mailing it to us through the United States Postal Service (USPS), the day of the deposit will be the business day we process your deposit in our processing center. If you make an Online Deposit or Mobile Deposit before 7 p.m. on a business day, that day will be the day ofyour deposit. If you make your deposit after 7 p.m. on a business day, or on a day that is not a business day, the next business day will be the day of or your deposit. Any deposited check, cashier’s check, draft, or money order that is drawn on a bank outside of the U.S or is issued in any currency other than U.S. dollars (Foreign Item) is exempt from this Funds Availability Policy. Availability of funds from deposited Foreign Items will be delayed for the time it takes us to collect the funds from the paying financial institution and may take anywhere from several weeks to several months before such deposits will be made available to you.

Compensation for Unused Sick Leave 1. Employees who enter County service after July 1, 1979, shall not be eligible for compensation for any of their unused sick leave credits.

Lifetime maximums and non-prescription out-of-pocket maximums Coverage under Advantage is not subject to a per person lifetime maximum. In the first and second years of the contract, coverage under Advantage is subject to a plan year, non-prescription drug, out-of-pocket maximum of one thousand seven hundred dollars ($1,700) per person or three thousand four hundred dollars ($3,400) per family for members whose primary care clinic is in Cost Level 1 or Cost Level 2; two thousand four hundred dollars ($2,400) per person or four thousand eight hundred dollars ($4,800) per family for members whose primary care clinic is in Cost Level 3; and three thousand six hundred dollars ($3,600) per person or seven thousand two hundred dollars ($7,200) per family for members whose primary care clinic is in Cost Level 4.
