Approved Statement of Work. ‌ The award recipient’s project narrative is taken as the Statement of Work. It has been included as Attachment D. If there is any inconsistency between items in this project narrative and any Department of Labor (DOL) regulation, guidance or OMB cost principle, the DOL regulation, guidance or cost principle will prevail.
