Common use of Approving Non-Substantial Deviations Clause in Contracts

Approving Non-Substantial Deviations. The Architect will have the authority to order minor changes in the Work not involving adjustments of Contract Amount or Contract Time, and which is not inconsistent with the intent of the Contract Documents. Such changes shall be implemented by issuing a Construction Change Directive which shall be immediately binding on the Contractor upon receipt.
