APT Member Requested Development Clause Samples

The "APT Member Requested Development" clause defines the process by which a member of the APT (Apartment) association can formally request specific development or improvements within the property or community. Typically, this clause outlines the steps a member must follow to submit a request, such as providing written notice or detailed proposals, and may specify any review or approval procedures by the association's board or management. Its core function is to establish a clear and orderly method for members to propose changes or enhancements, ensuring that all requests are considered fairly and in accordance with established guidelines.
