Arbitral Tribunal Procedures. 1. An arbitral tribunal established pursuant to Article 11 (Establishment and Re-convening of Arbitral Tribunals) shall adhere to this Chapter. The arbitral tribunal shall apply the rules of procedure set out in this Chapter's Annex on Rules of Procedure for Arbitral Tribunal Proceedings (Rules of Procedure Annex) unless the Parties to the dispute agree otherwise. On the request of a Party to the dispute, or on its own initiative, the arbitral tribunal may, after consulting the Parties to the dispute, adopt additional rules of procedure which do not conflict with the provisions of this Chapter or with the Rules of Procedure Annex.
