Arbitration Act. (a) Nothing in this Code shall be construed as affecting any rights available to the Parties under section 3 of the Arbitration Act. (b) If and so far as any provision of section 6.10 is adjudged or otherwise deemed invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the provisions of the Arbitration Act shall apply.
