Benefit Binding. This Agreement shall enure to the benefit of and be binding upon the respective successors and permitted assigns of the parties hereto.

Benefit Binding. Following the signing of this Agreement both parties shall adhere fully to the terms of this Agreement during any subsequent period of bona fide collective bargaining, and if negotiations extend beyond the anniversary date of this Agreement any revisions in terms mutually agreed upon shall, unless otherwise specified, apply retroactively to that date. The terms of this agreement are effective date of signing with the exception of wages set out in Schedule A which shall be effective retroactive to November 1, 2013.
