Common use of Arbitration Limitation Clause in Contracts

Arbitration Limitation. Arbitration as provided in this Article shall be limited to disputes or differences between the Company and the Union as to the interpretation or application of any of the provisions of this Agreement and the Arbitrator referred to in this Article shall have no power to add or to change the provisions of this Agreement. However, it is understood and agreed that any proposed new, added, or changed job classification or rate therefore, shall be subject to the above grievance procedure including arbitration.
