Common use of Arbitration Limitation Clause in Contracts

Arbitration Limitation. Arbitration as provided in this Article shall be limited to disputes or differences between the employer and the UNION as to the interpretation or application of any of the provisions of this Agreement, and the arbitrator referred to in this Article shall have no power to add or to change the provisions of this Agreement.
