ARBITRATION; LITIGATION. Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this Lease shall be determined and decided by arbitration. SENTRILOCK CARD HOLDER hereby consents to arbitration in accordance with the arbitrations rules of the Code of Ethics and Arbitration Manual published by the National Association of REALTORS®.
