Common use of Arbitration Review Meeting Clause in Contracts

Arbitration Review Meeting. If the grievance is not resolved at Step 2, the Union may request a pre-arbitration review meeting by filing the written grievance including a copy of all previous responses and supporting documentation to the attention of the OFM State Human Resources Labor Relations Section (LRS) at xxxxx.xxxxxxxxx@xxx.xx.xxx with a copy to the agency’s Human Resource Office within fifteen (15) days of the Union’s receipt of the Step 2 decision. Within fifteen (15) days of the receipt of all the required information, the LRS representative or designee will discuss with the Union:
