Archaeological Extended Phase I Testing Work Plan. Circlepoint will coordinate with Xxxx Xxxxxx, the County of Marin, Caltrans, and Circlepoint’s subconsultant Kleinfelder to obtain information and input needed for Kleinfelder to prepare the XPI Testing Work Plan. Circlepoint will serve as the primary point of contract for communications with Caltrans Environmental staff. Circlepoint will review the Draft XPI Testing Work Plan prepared by Kleinfelder to confirm that it is in Caltrans’ required format in accordance with the Caltrans Standard Environmental Reference (SER). Kleinfelder will prepare a work plan for XPI testing detailing the methodology for archaeological testing in Caltrans’ required format in accordance with the Caltrans SER. The plan will include maps of proposed testing locations, a summary of previously recorded cultural resources, a description of the decision threshold for the presence or absence of cultural material within the Project APE. Kleinfelder will address one round of comments from Caltrans before submitting the final work plan. It is assumed that no permits will be required for this work.

The ARCHITECT/ENGINEER shall prepare from the approved Schematic Design Studies, the Design Development Documents consisting of drawings (including at least architectural, landscaping, civil, structural, mechanical and electrical plans, building sections; and finish schedule), outline specifications following the Construction Specification Institute "CSI" Format and other necessary documents to fix and describe the size and character of the entire Project as to its site, structural, mechanical, and electrical systems, materials and other such essentials as may be appropriate, for and until approved by the State. 1.1.6.2. The ARCHITECT/ENGINEER shall conduct meetings with the State, Efficiency Vermont, and relevant members of the design team, to review the Design Development Documents for the purposes of furthering the energy efficiency objectives of the Project. 1.1.6.3. The ARCHITECT/ENGINEER shall prepare for the State a revised accounting of how the Project is responding to LEED criteria. 1.1.6.4. The ARCHITECT/ENGINEER shall submit to the State a revised Statement of Probable Construction Cost based thereon for and until approved by the State.

  • Development Schedule The Project shall substantially comply with the specific timetables and triggers for action set forth in Article 5 of this Agreement. The parties acknowledge that, as provided in G.S. 160A-400.25(b), the failure to meet a commencement or completion date shall not, in and of itself, constitute a material breach of this Agreement pursuant to G.S. 160A-400.27 but must be judged based upon the totality of the circumstances.

  • Work Plan Coordinate a work plan including a list of the proposed meetings and coordination activities, and related tasks to be performed, a schedule and an estimate. The work plan must satisfy the requirements of the project and must be approved by the State prior to commencing work.

  • Research Plan The Parties recognize that the Research Plan describes the collaborative research and development activities they will undertake and that interim research goals set forth in the Research Plan are good faith guidelines. Should events occur that require modification of these goals, then by mutual agreement the Parties can modify them through an amendment, according to Paragraph 13.6.
