Common use of Architect Suspension of Services Clause in Contracts

Architect Suspension of Services. If the District shall fail to make payment of undisputed amounts of the Contract Price when due Architect hereunder, Architect may, upon seven (7) days advance written notice to the District, suspend further performance of services hereunder until payment in full is received. In such event, Architect shall have no liability for any delays or additional costs of Project construction due to, or arising out of, such suspension.

Architect Suspension of Services. If the District shall fail to make payment of undisputed amounts of the Contract Price for an Assigned Project when due Architect hereunder, Architect may, upon seven (7) days advance written notice to the District, suspend further performance of services relating to such Assigned Project hereunder until payment in full is received. In such event, Architect shall have no liability for any delays or additional costs of construction of the Assigned Project construction due to, or arising out of, such suspension.
