Architects & Engineers Professional Liability. For all of the Design Professional's employees who are subject to this Agreement, the Design Professional shall keep in full force and effect, Professional Liability coverage for professional liability with a limit of $1 million per claim and $2 million annual aggregate. The Design Professional shall ensure both that: (1) the policy retroactive date is on or before the date of commencement of the Professional Services; and (2) the policy will be maintained in force for a period of three years after substantial completion of the Professional Services or termination of this Agreement whichever occurs last. The Design Professional agrees that for the time period defined above, there will be no changes or endorsements to the policy that increase the City's exposure to loss.

Architects & Engineers Professional Liability insurance written on a claims made or occurrence basis covering legal liability caused by errors and omissions arising out of professional services by the ARCHITECT/ENGINEER on any Project and providing coverage for the ARCHITECT/ENGINEER and any consultants of the ARCHITECT/ENGINEER with minimum limits of liability approved by the OWNER for each Project and stated in the Project Addendum. Each such policy of professional liability insurance (1) shall include the indemnity as set forth above in Section 15.1, and (2) shall be kept in force for a period of at least two (2) years after the date of substantial completion of a Project.

  • Professional Liability Before commencing work on this Agreement and throughout the term of this Agreement, the Party shall procure and maintain professional liability insurance for any and all services performed under this Agreement, with minimum coverage of $1,000,000 per occurrence, and $1,000,000 aggregate.

  • Errors and Omissions, Professional Liability or Malpractice Insurance Contractor may be required to carry errors and omissions, professional liability or malpractice insurance. All policies shall remain in force through the life of this Contract and shall be payable on a "per occurrence" basis unless County specifically consents to a "claims made" basis. The insurer shall supply County adequate proof of insurance and/or a certificate of insurance evidencing coverages and limits prior to commencement of work. Should any of the required insurance policies in this Contract be cancelled or non-renewed, it is the Contractor’s duty to notify the County immediately upon receipt of the notice of cancellation or non-renewal. If Contractor does not carry a required insurance coverage and/or does not meet the required limits, the coverage limits and deductibles shall be set forth on a waiver, Exhibit C, attached hereto. Failure to provide and maintain the insurance required by this Contract will constitute a material breach of this Contract. In addition to any other available remedies, County may suspend payment to the Contractor for any services provided during any time that insurance was not in effect and until such time as the Contractor provides adequate evidence that Contractor has obtained the required coverage.

  • Professional Liability Insurance (if Applicable) $1,000,000 per occurrence limits of liability or whatever limit is customarily carried by the Contractor, whichever is greater, for design, design-build or any type of professional services with a minimum of three (3) years reporting of claims following completion of the project.
