Architect's Liability Insurance (Professional Liability, as applicable. 1) Architect shall purchase and maintain from a company or companies authorized to do business in the state in which the Work is located and acceptable to Owner, the following Liability Insurance which shall protect Architect, Owner, and such other parties as Owner may from time to time designate, from claims which may arise out of or result from Architect’s operations under the Contract, by a subcontractor or lower-tier subcontractor of the Architect, or by anyone directly or indirectly employed by any of them, or by anyone for whose acts they may be liable:

  • Professional Liability Insurance (if Applicable) $1,000,000 per occurrence limits of liability or whatever limit is customarily carried by the Contractor, whichever is greater, for design, design-build or any type of professional services with a minimum of three (3) years reporting of claims following completion of the project.

  • Professional Liability Before commencing work on this Agreement and throughout the term of this Agreement, the Party shall procure and maintain professional liability insurance for any and all services performed under this Agreement, with minimum coverage of $1,000,000 per occurrence, and $3,000,000 aggregate.
