Common use of Architectural and Engineering Report Clause in Contracts

Architectural and Engineering Report. The Engineer shall prepare and furnish to the Owner one copy of an architectural and/or engineering report which relates to the Owner, other participants and governmental agencies, the fundamental considerations and concepts used in the design of the project. This report shall include the basic design factors regarding local, state and national building codes, FAA requirements, standards and other regulations for architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical disciplines of the various phases of the project during construction and an updated project cost estimate. Deviation in design and construction standards shall be included in the architectural and engineering report.
