ARCHIVAL RECORDING OF THE PRODUCTION. 41.1 Where the Employer obtains the Employees consent for an archival recording, during negotiations for the engagement of the Employee for the Production, as evidenced in the Employers contract with the Employee, the following provisions shall apply:
