Common use of AREA OF COMMON INTEREST Clause in Contracts

AREA OF COMMON INTEREST. An area of common interest (in this Article 12, the "Area of Common Interest") shall be deemed to comprise that area which is included within two (2) kilometers of the outermost boundary of the Property as at the Effective Date. Nothing in this Agreement shall cause the Area of Common Interest to be expanded.

AREA OF COMMON INTEREST. An area of common interest (in this Article 1211, the "Area of Common Interest") shall be deemed to comprise that area which is included within two three (23) kilometers of the outermost boundary of the Property as at the Effective Date. Nothing in this Agreement shall cause the Area of Common Interest to be expanded.

AREA OF COMMON INTEREST. An area of common interest (in this Article 12, the "18.1 The Area of Common Interest") Interest shall be deemed to comprise that area which is included within two (2) kilometers kilometres of the outermost boundary of the Property as at the Effective Datedate of execution of this Agreement. Nothing in this Agreement shall cause the Area of Common Interest to be expanded, unless by mutual agreement of both parties.

AREA OF COMMON INTEREST. An area of common interest (in this Article 12, the "19.1 The Area of Common Interest") Interest shall be deemed to comprise that area which is included within two (2) kilometers 5.0 kilometres of the outermost boundary of the Property as at the Effective Datedate of execution of this Agreement. Nothing in this Agreement shall cause the Area of Common Interest to be expanded.

AREA OF COMMON INTEREST. An 20.1 The area of common interest (in this Article 12, the "“Area of Common Interest"”) shall be deemed to comprise that area which is included within two (2) kilometers one mile of the outermost boundary of the Property as at the Effective Datedate of execution of this Agreement as shown on the map attached as part of Schedule A to this Agreement. Nothing in this Agreement shall cause the Area of Common Interest to be expanded.
