Arizona. If Service Provider resides in Arizona and is subject to Arizona law, then the following applies to Service Provider for as long as Service Provider is subject to Arizona law: the restrictions in Paragraph 1(a)(ii) shall be limited to the geographic region that Service Provider worked in, serviced, managed and/or supervised on behalf of the Company within the one (1) year period immediately preceding the termination of his employment.
