Arrangements For Additional/Other Professional Services And Fees. (a) Where any of the professional services other than those described in the Schedule of Fees Part A – clause 2.0 are in the opinion of the CQS necessary, the CQS shall obtain the prior written approval of the Client to the arrangements which he proposes to make on the Client’s behalf for the appointment of Associated Consultants for such professional services. The Client shall be responsible to any Associated Consultants for the cost thereof. The fees for such professional services shall be the fees as prescribed by the recognized bodies or institutions governing the profession of such consultants.

  • Professional Services Fees You agree to pay us the professional services fees in the amounts set forth in the Investment Summary. Those amounts are payable in accordance with our Invoicing and Payment Policy. You acknowledge that the fees stated in the Investment Summary are good-faith estimates of the amount of time and materials required for your implementation. We will bill you the actual fees incurred based on the in-scope services provided to you. Any discrepancies in the total values set forth in the Investment Summary will be resolved by multiplying the applicable hourly rate by the quoted hours.
