Obligation to Supply Relevant Information and Assistance. (a) The CQS may request all the necessary and relevant information which are in the possession of the Client required for purposes of carrying out of its Services under this Agreement. Notwithstanding the request, the Client shall have the discretion to supply the necessary information it deems relevant.

  • Information and Assistance 15.1.1 Subject to any obligation in respect of confidentiality, the Data Protection Legislation and Confidential Information, the Parties will use all reasonable endeavours to provide and share information and data reasonably required by the other:
