Arrangements for implementation of a change. The Members in general meeting may determine whether a change made in accordance with this Schedule 5 shall have effect on a single date or series of dates and the Company shall give notice of such determination to all relevant parties at the same time as it provides notification pursuant to paragraph 4.1.
