ARREARAGE MANAGEMENT PROGRAM. 7.1 Arrearage Management Program. The Company's initial testimony proposed establishing an Arrearage Management Program (“AMP”) as described by Company witness Xxxxxx X. Xxxxxxxx in a manner similar to that recently implemented by Public Service Company of New Hampshire d/b/a Eversource Energy (“Eversource”) in Docket No. DE 19-057. While the Settling Parties remain supportive of the AMP Unitil proposed in this rate filing, the Settling Parties agree that the AMP need not be implemented in light of the Commission’s recent Order No. 26,623, in which the Commission declined to approve a proposed AMP for Unitil Energy Systems, Inc.
