Arrests of Non-Students on School Grounds. Where a person other than an enrolled student is arrested on school grounds, the building principal shall be advised as to the circumstances of the offense and the identity of the offender, provided that where the person arrested is a juvenile, it is understood that the law enforcement agency or officer involved is not permitted to divulge any information that would violate the laws governing the disclosure of juvenile information.
