Alcohol Consumption. The parties to this Agreement recognize that public attention has been focused on the problem of alcohol consumption on school grounds. Surveys of New Jersey's high school students consistently report that alcohol continues to be by far the most commonly used chemical substance by school-age children. The parties to this Agreement recognize and reaffirm that alcohol remains an illicit substance for underage persons, and that alcohol offenses, especially those occurring on school grounds, , are serious matters that warrant a decisive and predictable response.
Alcohol Consumption. The service and consumption of alcoholic beverages will be limited to guests of legal drinking age in the province or state of operation. Guests are reminded to consume alcohol in moderation. Consumption of personal alcohol is not permitted onboard.
Alcohol Consumption. 1. Vendor's staff may not consume alcoholic beverages while on the property during an event.
2. The legal drinking age for alcoholic beverages in the state of Maryland is 21 years old. Under no circumstances shall those under the age of 21 be served alcohol.
3. Bar Staff and Wonderfly Arena staff are authorized to close the bar down at their own discretion and deny alcohol consumption.
4. Serving "shots" is not permitted, including "jello shots".
Alcohol Consumption. Club does not serve alcoholic beverages to minors. It is the responsibility of Member/Client to make sure that minors do not obtain or drink alcoholic beverages. The Member/Client agrees to be responsible for the consumption of alcoholic beverages by all its Participants and agrees to prevent any Participant who has become impaired from leaving Club premises without assistance. Member/Client understands that Club, in its sole discretion, may refuse service to any Participant, or to all Participants. Any such discontinuation of service shall not relieve Member/Client of any obligations or any amounts owed pursuant to this Agreement.
Alcohol Consumption. Club does not serve alcoholic beverages to minors as required by state law, and Member/Client assumes the duty to ensure observance of this state statute. In the event Member/Client has reason to believe a guest or attendee has become impaired to the extent they should not drive, Member/Client will take reasonable steps to prevent the person from leaving the Function without assistance. Member/Client acknowledges Club may refuse service to any guest or attendee or, at its discretion, discontinue service to all guests and attendees. Any such discontinuation of service shall not relieve Member/Client of any obligations or any amounts owed pursuant to this Agreement. Any liability of The University of Tennessee to Club and third parties for any claims, damages, losses, or costs arising out of or related to acts performed by The University of Tennessee under this Agreement will be governed by the Tennessee Claims Commission Act, Tenn. Code Xxx. §§ 9-8-301, et. seq.
Alcohol Consumption a. The Licensee shall assume all responsibility for any person(s) consuming alcohol while in attendance at this affair on Cedarcroft Club property.
b. State of NJ legal drinking age is 21. No one under the legal drinking age (21) will be permitted to consume alcoholic beverages. (see Clause 15 below)
c. Licensor does not provide liquor or bartenders for any affair.
Alcohol Consumption. Alcohol consumption is only allowed in your apartment or on your personal patio/porch area. Consumption of alcohol in any public area is not permitted. ANTENNAS/DISHES/CABLE: Tenant may not install any antennas, including “satellite dishes” or “mini- satellites dishes” upon either the interior or exterior surface of the building. The tenant must obtain written permission from Management to allow any cable company to install additional jacks.
Alcohol Consumption. Lessor requires Lessee to procure a Banquet permit from the Washington StateLiquor Control Board to serve liquor on the premises and abide by all the conditions of the permit. Washington State Law prohibits the serving of alcohol of any kind to minors and/or alcohol- impaired guests. Allowing underage or excessive consumption of alcohol is a violation of that law, and the lessees will be held responsible for all damages that may result.

Alcohol Consumption. 8.3.1. The venue is a licensed premises.
