Article I Recognition and Coverage. The Company agrees to recognize the Union as the sole and exclusive bargaining agent of all employees of Masterfeeds Inc. located at Lot Concession in the Township of Lobo, Middlesex, Ontario, save and except supervisors, persons above the rank of supervisor, office and sales staff and persons hired for watchman duties.
