COVERAGE OF EMPLOYEES. (a) Employees who are presently covered by a pension plan shall continue to be covered by the terms of that plan, subject to any mutual agreement to the contrary.
(b) Employees not presently covered by a pension plan shall be brought under the terms of the XXX Plan unless altered by mutual agreement of the parties.
COVERAGE OF EMPLOYEES. (a) Employees who are presently covered by a pension plan shall continue to be covered by the terms of that plan, subject to any mutual agreement to the contrary. For greater clarity, Employees shall remain in their current pension plan in the event they change positions within the NSHA.
(b) Employees newly hired in Public Health Addiction and Continuing Care in the Eastern, Northern and Western zones of the NSHA shall be brought under the terms of the Nova Scotia Superannuation Pension Plan.
(c) All other Employees not presently covered by a pension plan shall be brought under the terms of the NSHEPP unless altered by mutual agreement of the parties.
COVERAGE OF EMPLOYEES. This MOU applies to all classifications listed in Exhibit A, and to any new classifications added to Exhibit A during its term.
COVERAGE OF EMPLOYEES a. The Law Enforcement Management Unit consists of all employees as stated in the listing of classes set forth in Exhibit "A" of this Agreement with the exception of those positions listed in Section 1.2 above.
b. This Agreement applies only to employees in the above described representation unit.
COVERAGE OF EMPLOYEES. 1. The classifications within each unit are listed in the Appendix A. For the purpose of this Memorandum of Understanding, the classification system which is adopted by the Board of Directors and maintained by the Human Resources Section is the source for determination of unit representation.
2. The District will notify the Association’s Recording Secretary within ten (10) days when a new employee is hired into regular employment in a bargaining unit position.

b. This Agreement applies only to employees in the above-described representation unit.
COVERAGE OF EMPLOYEES. So long as the Act allows, the employees covered by this Agreement shall continue to be covered by the provisions of the Public Service Superannuation Act, as amended from time to time.
