Article II Settlement Policies and Procedures. The recurring settlement of all amounts due to either Party pursuant to Article II will occur in a manner consistent with policies and procedures provided by the Receiver to the Bridge Bank after the Bank Closing Date. All notices and other communications between the Settlement Agent and the Settlement Designee regarding the settlement of items under Article II pursuant to this Section 3.03 will be handled as required by the policies and procedures provided by the Receiver to the Bridge Bank and will not be subject to the requirements of Section 9.05. The Receiver will complete the settlement of all obligations and liabilities under Article II on or before eighteen (18) months after the Bank Closing Date, unless such time frame is extended by the Receiver pursuant to a notice to the Bridge Bank.
