ARTICLE. Unless existing benefits(a) Regular full-time employees shall earn vacation with pay according to their completed active service with the Employer, rights, privileges, practices, terms or conditions calculated as of the employee’s anniversary date of hire each year in accordance with the following: (as at date) Vacation one year working days for each month of employment which One year or more working days Six years or more sixteen working days Seven years or more seventeen working days Eight years or more eighteen working days Nine years or more nineteen working days Ten (IO) years or more twenty working days Twelve years or more twenty-one working days Fourteen ( years or more twenty-two working days Sixteen years or more twenty -three working days Eighteen years or more twenty-five working days Ten and eleven month regular full-time employees shall be granted vacation leave on a pro-rated entitlement in accordance with the above schedule.
