Bus Drivers For overtime worked on normal working days or on days of rest, bus drivers shall be paid as follows:
Wire Unbundled DS1 Digital Loop This is a designed 4-wire Loop that is provisioned according to industry standards for DS1 or Primary Rate ISDN services and will come standard with a test point, OC, and a DLR. A DS1 Loop may be provisioned over a variety of loop transmission technologies including copper, HDSL-based technology or fiber optic transport systems. It will include a 4-Wire DS1 Network Interface at the End User’s location.
Deposit Services If after examination of the Check, we determine that you have processed and transmitted the Check in accordance with the Service Procedures and the Check meets the requirements of this CID Addendum, we will then process the Check for deposit to the designated Account. We will send confirmation messages to you of deposits received. If you do not receive our notice of receipt within one hour of transmission, you agree to contact your Bank Representative immediately. You agree to retain the originals of all imaged Checks for forty-five (45) days after the date of validation thereof by us and at the end of said 45-day period; you will shred the originals of all such imaged Checks. You agree to safeguard the originals of such imaged Checks until such time as they have been shredded. You agree that we will have no liability or responsibility for any failure to detect duplicate Checks, fraudulent Checks or any errors in Checks or for verifying any dates or data, and that we shall disregard any restrictive notation of any kind.
Demarcation Point 98.1 CenturyLink will designate the point of demarcation between CenturyLink’s equipment and CLEC’s collocated equipment, which point of demarcation shall be in or adjacent to its Collocation Space unless otherwise mutually agreed to by the Parties. At CLEC's request, CenturyLink will identify the location(s) of other possible demarcation points available to CLEC, and CLEC will designate from these location(s) the point(s) of demarcation between its collocated equipment and CenturyLink's equipment. CenturyLink will use its best efforts to identify the closest demarcation point to CLEC's equipment that is available.
Single Point of Contact When a problem is experienced, regardless of the severity, the BellSouth Network Management Center (NMC) will observe traffic anomalies and begin monitoring the situation. Controls will be appropriately applied to insure the sanity of BellSouth's network; and, in the event that a switch or facility node is lost, the NMC will attempt to circumvent the failure using available reroutes. BellSouth's NMC will remain in control of the restoration efforts until the problem has been identified as being a long-term outage. At that time, the NMC will contact BellSouth's Emergency Control Center (ECC) and relinquish control of the recovery efforts. Even though the ECC may take charge of the situation, the NMC will continue to monitor the circumstances and restore traffic as soon as damaged network elements are revitalized. Transit Service is the delivery of certain traffic between Carrier and a third party ILEC, CLEC or CMRS provider by Frontier over a separate trunk group between Carrier and Frontier where appropriate trunks exist between Carrier and third party through Frontier’s tandem. The following traffic types will be delivered: (I) Local Traffic originated from Carrier to such third-party and (ii) Local Traffic originated from such third-party to Frontier’s tandem and terminated to Carrier.
Number Resources, Rate Center Areas and Routing Points 13.1 Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed to limit or otherwise adversely affect in any manner either Party’s right to employ or to request and be assigned any Central Office Codes (“NXX”) pursuant to the Central Office Code Assignment Guidelines and any relevant FCC or Commission orders, as may be amended from time to time, or to establish, by Tariff or otherwise, Rate Center Areas and Routing Points corresponding to such NXX codes.
