Artificial Intelligence. Seller shall disclose to the State any Products and/or Services that utilize artificial intelligence (“AI”) and shall not employ any Products and/or Services that utilize AI without written authorization of the State and applicable safeguards in providing the Products and/or Services under this Agreement.
