The Project Consultant shall perform non-destructive field investigations as necessary to obtain sufficient information to perform his services and as required by field conditions, or the Owner to verify wall assemblies, construction types or other basic information as required to develop the design and documentation necessary for the project. The demolition and repairs associated with the destructive testing shall be compensated as a reimbursable expense. The Owner encourages the use of destructive testing techniques (with prior approval) to retrieve information that can be utilized by the Project Consultant to clearly indicate the disposition of the existing facility and incorporate this information into the Contract Documents.
As-Built Documentation. The A/E and its consultants shall review monthly the GC's As-built drawings for accuracy and completeness, and shall report its findings to GC, the PM and HISD. The A/E shall maintain records of all issued revisions to the Contract Documents, including revisions that result from responses to requests for information from the GC.
As-Built Documentation. After the completion of the Work, the ESCO shall deliver an electronic copy of all As-Built Documentation to the Project Manager prior to the Acceptance Date. As-built documentation will become the sole property of the School District for its unrestricted use. The acceptance of As-Built Documentation shall not relieve the ESCO of responsibility for the proper fit of the Work, nor for its completion pursuant the Contract.
As-Built Documentation. In instances where the actual installation of network infrastructure cabling deviates from the model system drawings and diagrams, the Prime Contractor shall notify the CDCR Operations Manager of the deviation and provide drawings and diagrams appropriate to the installation one (1) full size, one (1) half size, and one (1) electronic. The Prime Contractor shall provide the final As-Built drawings one (1) full size, one (1) half size, and one (1) electronic to CDCR for approval. The delivered drawings and diagrams must reflect all changes made during the installation. The Prime Contractor shall identify the changes by “clouding” the original design to show both the original design and the alterations made.
As-Built Documentation. Upon the commencement of production activities, QUALCOMM shall deliver to Buyer top-level design documents outlining the "As Built" information for the New Products. The "As Built" documentation shall include, as a minimum (a) functional block diagrams for the New Products, (b) approved exceptions to the specifications and documented performance/functional characteristics and (c) operating instructions for New Products for the purpose of Buyer undertaking Level 1 repairs as required under the Agreement.
As-Built Documentation. All Consultants appointed for this project, shall submit Close Out documents at the end of the project lifecycle. During the submission of such documents to the Employer, the Principal Lead/ Project Manager will be required to provide written and signed off confirmation that the As-Built and Close Out information submitted to the Employer is a true reflection of what is built on site.

4. The Contractor shall annotate the As-Built drawing sets to show all approved circuiting and wiring changes made during installation and testing of the location prior to placing it in service, and any approved changes made after placement in service. Clearly identify all changes on the Drawings using the "Red In"/"Yellow Out" convention. Changes shall be dated and initialed by the Contractor's responsible Systems Signal and or Systems Communications Engineer. In addition to the as-built Drawings provided to the Authority, one set shall be bound and shall be kept in the instrument enclosure at a location and manner approved by the Authority’s PTC & Systems Engineer or designate. As-built Drawings shall be clean and legible. The as-built Drawings shall not be removed from the field location after the location is placed in service without the prior written approval of the Authority’s PTC & Systems Engineer or designate.
