Common use of As Built Information Clause in Contracts

As Built Information. The As-Built information needs to be submitted at the completion of each project by the Project Manager or Project Engineer. All drawings must comply with the Layering Standards before they will be accepted by the City of Mountlake Terrace for As-Built and Archiving. The Project Manager and Project Engineer shall be responsible for drawing set compliance when an outside consultant or contractor is hired for any drafting staff, the Leader Drafter would be responsible for standards compliance. Financial penalties will upheld should this not be met, whether the problem is corrected by the consultant or charges made to the consultant or work order number for the City of Mountlake Terrace personnel to correct non-compliance. When by the City of Mountlake Terrace or by Consultants, all the drawings submitted will be layered in accordance with the layering Standard. All drawings must comply with the AFUS Layering Standards before they will be accepted by the City of Mountlake Terrace for As-Built and Archiving. During the Production if some layers not currently in the Standards need to be added call the AFUS Database Administrator (Engineering Technician) to ensure that duplication of information is prevented.
