As Is Access. The City provides Agency and each Agency Data User with System(s) access on an "as is" basis with no guarantee as to uptime, accessibility, or usefulness. To the fullest extent permissible by applicable law, the City disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement.
