Asbestos and Silica Awareness Training. (a) The Employer agrees to schedule an agreed asbestos/silica training course. (b) Training will be undertaken within three (3) months: (i) of the commencement of this Agreement for each current Employee, who has not already participated in such training; or (ii) of a new Employee commencing employment.

Asbestos and Silica Awareness Training. (ai) The Employer Company agrees to schedule an agreed asbestos/silica awareness training course. It is agreed that this training will be provided by Creative Safety Initiatives (CSI), or another agreed provider nominated by the Union.
(bii) Training will be undertaken within three (3) months:
(i) months of the commencement of this Agreement for each current Employee, Employee who has not already participated in such the training; orand
(iiiii) within three months of a new Employee commencing employment.
(iv) Training will be re-done every three years.
