Common use of ASBESTOS PREMIUM Clause in Contracts

ASBESTOS PREMIUM. The provisions of this Article shall be applicable only to WSF employees who are members of this Agreement and who have been selected by management and from those employees certified by the state of Washington for asbestos work or who are assigned insulation work as defined in Section 1 herein below.
