Assess Waste Materials and Segregated Sources. 1). Enigma shall characterize for disposal any Waste Material and Segregated Sources that may be discovered on the Property at any time during assessment, corrective action, or development activities in accordance with applicable regulations.
2). Upon discovery of any Segregated Source that has not yet released all of its contents to the environment, Enigma shall expeditiously stabilize or remove the Segregated Source from the Property.

a) SLLIM shall determine the location of and characterize the contents of any USTs on the Property.
2) SLLIM shall also characterize for disposal any other Waste Material and Segregated Sources that may be discovered on the Property at any time during assessment, corrective action, or development activities in accordance with applicable regulations.
3) Upon discovery of any Segregated Source that has not yet released all of its contents to the environment, SLLIM shall expeditiously stabilize or remove the Segregated Source from the Property.
4) SLLIM shall immediately notify the Department if a release of Contamination occurs as a result of its assessment, stabilization, or removal actions. SLLIM shall assess the impact of the release and take necessary action in accordance with a Department approved plan.

The possible UST located on the Southern side of the Property. Evidence of the UST’s presence and any contents held by the UST shall be presented to the Department.
2). ALT shall also characterize for disposal any other Waste Material and Segregated Sources that may be discovered on the Property at any time during assessment, corrective action, or development activities in accordance with applicable regulations.
3). Upon discovery of any Segregated Source that has not yet released all of its contents to the environment, ALT shall expeditiously stabilize or remove the Segregated Source from the Property.
4). ALT shall immediately notify the Department if a release of Contamination occurs as a result of its assessment, stabilization or removal actions. ALT shall assess the impact of the release and take necessary action in accordance with a Department approved plan.

Assessment shall include an evaluation of contaminant concentrations and an estimation of the quantity or extent of each type of Waste Material or Segregated Source, as applicable, or as specified below. a). The UST on the eastern side of the house. A minimum of two subsurface soil samples shall be collected from any discovered UST or presumed locations of former USTs. Sample depth shall be determined in the field to correspond to the depth of the bottom of the USTs if such USTs are present, or the estimated depth of the former USTs.
