Common use of Assessment Materials Clause in Contracts

Assessment Materials. a non-exclusive license to use, reproduce and distribute solely to Permitted Users (as defined below) hard copies of the Assessment Materials (as defined on the Program Description Page) provided to Member during the Program, solely for Member’s internal purposes in connection with the implementation of the Program.
