Assessment of Competencies. Assessment of competencies will be based on criteria contained in the Boral Asphalt (NSW) Competency Standards, using Boral Asphalt (NSW) Assessment Guidelines. Assessors who have been trained and are qualified in accordance with the National Standards for Workplace Assessors will only conduct assessment of Operational Skills. An appeals mechanism is available if an employee disagrees with the outcome of an Operational Skills Assessment.
