Common use of Assessment of knowledge and skills Clause in Contracts

Assessment of knowledge and skills. Before taking a training course, an employee is required to undergo a series of assessments of the language skills as well as his general skills and specific professional knowledge. The employer may decide to grant an employee an exemption for part or all of the assessments. The assessment results are personal to the employee and cannot be disclosed to the employer until final confirmation by the employee of his/her intention to take part in the training course.
