Loyalty Bonus. A non-guaranteed loyalty bonus, equivalent to 0.6% of the Account value will be credited into the Account value at the end of the 6th Policy year and at every subsequent 6 Policy year interval (12th, 18th, 24th, 30th, 36th Policy year and so on), as long as your policy is valid and no partial withdrawal has been made before. We reserve the right to revise the bonus rate at any time by giving you 30 days’ notice.
Loyalty Bonus. After an employee has been employed for at least 2 completed years of service Xxxxxxxxx may, at its discretion, provide the employee with a Loyalty Bonus.
Loyalty Bonus. With this offer, all HiSAVE Fixed Rate Account customers who raise a request for renewal in the period between 45 to 2 working days prior to maturity will be offered an additional loyalty bonus of 0.05% interest rate. This rate is over and above the rate applicable on day of renewal. All customers who have chosen to automatically renew their HiSAVE Fixed Rate Accounts upon maturity will also benefit from the Loyalty Bonus interest offer.
Loyalty Bonus. Any employee who has completed ten (10) years of full-time service to the District shall receive a one-time payment of Five Hundred Dollars ($500) on September 15 of the next school year, provided the employee is still employed in the District. Any employee who has completed twenty (20) years of full-time service to the District shall receive a one-time payment of One Thousand Dollars ($1,000) on September 15 of the next school year, provided the employee is still employed in the District. Any employee who has completed either ten (10) or twenty (20) years of service prior to the 2017-2018 school year shall receive such payment on September 15, 2017, provided the employee is still employed in the District.
Loyalty Bonus. Employees completing ten (10), fifteen (15), and twenty (20) years of service will receive a one-time loyalty bonus aid on the pay period following the employee’s anniversary date, as follows: Ten Years $250 Fifteen Years $500 Twenty Years $750
Loyalty Bonus. 4.1 For the purposes of clause 14.1(a) of this Agreement, in consideration of the Services and the management of Settled Loans, you will be paid a Loyalty Bonus monthly in arrears on each Monthly Payment Date in respect of each qualifying Settled Loan calculated at the PTR applicable to your Aggregate Loan Balance in respect of the previous Calendar Month in accordance with this clause 4 of Schedule A.
Loyalty Bonus. A loyalty bonus is paid in accordance with the foregoing provisions set out in section 14.B.3 above.
Loyalty Bonus. One Thousand Two Hundred Fifty Dollars ($1,250) for everyone who provided service in the previous school year in Niles Community Schools. The loyalty bonus will be paid out in two installments – Six Hundred Twenty Five Dollars ($625) in the first pay in December and Six Hundred Twenty Five Dollars ($625) in the first pay in June. The loyalty bonus expires at the end of this contract.
Loyalty Bonus. Employees completing ten (10), fifteen (15) and twenty (20) years of service will receive a loyalty bonus that does not become part of the employee’s base rate of pay and shall be paid on the pay period following the employee’s anniversary date at each level, as follows: Ten Years- $250 Fifteen Years- $500 Twenty Years- $750 Section 4 – STIPENDS Effective February 1, 2023, employees performing bodily fluid duties will no longer be paid an additional $1.25 per hour to perform these duties. Employees, however, who were performing such duties prior to February 1, 2023, shall have the additional $1.25 per hour continue to be part of their hourly rate. All Bilingual employees will receive an additional $1.25 per hour to perform such duties as described under the Bilingual employee job description. Effective February 1, 2023, employees who are assigned in an Adjusted Learning, TK, OASIS or ASPIRE program will no longer be paid an additional $1.00 per hour to perform these duties. Employees, however, who were performing such duties prior to February 1, 2023, shall have the additional $1.00 per hour continue to be part of their hourly rate.
Loyalty Bonus. 13.9.1 Employees may be paid a Loyalty bonus in December each year. The Loyalty bonus is calculated with reference to an Employee’s commencement date of employment.
