Assessment of Student Metrics. The Board will select student metrics (measures that assess a school counselor’s ability to produce positive student outcomes) that will be utilized for school counselor evaluations in the areas of academics, career, and social emotional developments. Any modifications to the metrics that will be used in school counselor evaluations will be adopted before the start of the school year. In order to obtain an “Accomplished” rating in this area, a school counselor must have a top score in all three (3) categories.
