Common use of Assessment of the SUPPLIER'S Personnel Clause in Contracts

Assessment of the SUPPLIER'S Personnel. ENEL has the necessary authority to evaluate, prior to the beginning of the works, the knowledge of the SUPPLIER'S personnel and that of its subcontractors on the Risk Assessment document and the measures related to safety. ENEL has the necessary authority to exclude from the execution of the works, in its sole discretion, to any worker whose evaluation was not satisfactory.
